Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and talented individual to join our team as a Social Media and Customer Engagement Specialist. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our company’s social media presence, creating engaging content, and fostering positive relationships with our customers through various communication channels. This role requires a combination of social media expertise, excellent communication skills, and a customer-centric approach.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across platforms.
  • Craft engaging content (text, image, video) and schedule posts effectively.
  • Monitor social media for trends, feedback, and competitor activity.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries on social media.
  • Proactively engage with customers to build positive relationships and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with customer support to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Monitor customer reviews and take action to improve satisfaction.
  • Create and execute targeted email marketing campaigns.
  • Design compelling email content for newsletters and promotions.
  • Manage customer segmentation and personalize communication strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze email performance to optimize campaigns.
  • Track and measure social media and customer engagement successes with analytics tools.
  • Provide regular reports on key performance indicators

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in social media management and customer engagement.
  • Strong writing and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with social media analytics tools.
  • Proficiency in email marketing platforms.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas.

Additional Skills (preferred):

  • Graphic design (e.g. Canva, Photoshop) and video editing skills (e.g. CapCut, Inshot).
  • Experience with social media and social media advertising.
  • Knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
