Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across platforms.
- Craft engaging content (text, image, video) and schedule posts effectively.
- Monitor social media for trends, feedback, and competitor activity.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries on social media.
- Proactively engage with customers to build positive relationships and loyalty.
- Collaborate with customer support to resolve issues efficiently.
- Monitor customer reviews and take action to improve satisfaction.
- Create and execute targeted email marketing campaigns.
- Design compelling email content for newsletters and promotions.
- Manage customer segmentation and personalize communication strategies.
- Monitor and analyze email performance to optimize campaigns.
- Track and measure social media and customer engagement successes with analytics tools.
- Provide regular reports on key performance indicators
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in social media management and customer engagement.
- Strong writing and communication skills.
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools.
- Proficiency in email marketing platforms.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas.
Additional Skills (preferred):
- Graphic design (e.g. Canva, Photoshop) and video editing skills (e.g. CapCut, Inshot).
- Experience with social media and social media advertising.
- Knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
